Studio Highlights
14-foot-long, 12-foot-tall white wall
Multiple Creative Spaces –
Includes office-style settings, floral setups, organic designs, and a dedicated podcast area.
Included Equipment with Studio Rental
- 1 Light Stand
- Main Light & Softbox
- Wireless Triggers – Includes transceiver/receiver for Canon, Nikon, and Sony cameras. (Additional equipment available for rent—request pricing.)
Rotating Setups –
Several setups are refreshed four times a year, each lasting three months:
- January – March
- April – June
- July – September
- October – December
Event Space Rental –
Available for workshops, baby showers, gender reveals, children’s parties, and small reunions.
Drive-In Access –
For clients needing vehicle photography or videography. (Additional fees apply due to repainting requirements after each shoot.)
Additional Studio Features:
- Makeup area, changing room, and in-studio bathroom.
- Vending machine stocked with snacks.
- Photography equipment rental available upon request.
Break Room Amenities –
Enjoy water, coffee, and refreshments for you and your guests.

Additional Fees
- Minimum Booking Requirement:
- Morning & Evening: 1-hour minimum rental.
- Afternoon & Late Afternoon: 2-hour minimum rental.
Cleaning Fee: Starts at $50+ (varies based on setups used & required disinfection).
- Damage Fees:
- Studio property (paint, furniture, equipment, etc.): Starts at $100+
- Footprints/shoe marks on walls: Starts at $50+
- Children in the Studio:
- Clients must always monitor children to avoid damage to furniture, setups, or equipment.
- Assistants are recommended for sessions with young children.
Booking & Overtime Policy
Book in Advance! Our studio is in high demand, and we do not overbook.
Wrap Up on Time: Sessions must end 10-15 minutes before rental time is up to allow you and your client to pack up personal items.
Overtime Fees:
If you exceed your rental time by 5-10 minutes, a fee starting at 50% of your hourly rate will be added to your final invoice.
Overtime fees must be paid before leaving the studio via:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Afterpay (available for bookings over $500)
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Non-Refundable Retainer: All retainers are non-refundable. This payment secures your session date and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule one time with at least 7 business days notice prior to your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Forfeiture on Second Reschedule or Missed Reschedule: If you cannot make the rescheduled appointment, your retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to book a new session.
- Credit Toward Future Services: If you are unable to reschedule, your non-refundable retainer may be applied as a one-time credit toward another service (photography session or studio rental) within 6 months of the original date.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations or no-shows within 7 business days of your appointment will result in full forfeiture of the retainer, with no rescheduling or credit offered.
To ensure the highest quality of service and final images, a rush fee starting at $125 will now apply to any appointments requested within 2–3 weeks of the desired session date.
Last-minute bookings place significant pressure on my team and editors, especially when specific turnaround times are required. While I always want to accommodate everyone, we must balance our workload to maintain quality, creativity, and family time.
- Please plan ahead!
- I highly recommend scheduling your session 2–4 months in advance. This allows us to:
- Secure your preferred date and time
- Order props, cake toppers, balloons, outfits, or accessories (especially for maternity and birthday sessions)
- Deliver your gallery with the care and quality it deserves
- No More Free Rush Editing
Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to accommodate last-minute editing requests without the applicable rush fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the creative process.
