Studio Highlights

14-foot-long, 12-foot-tall white wall

clean white wall with floor space that’s perfect for photography. It will also be equipped with LED lights that can change the color of the wall for creative effects.

Multiple Creative Spaces –

Includes office-style settings, floral setups, organic designs, and a dedicated podcast area.

Included Equipment with Studio Rental

Rotating Setups –

Several setups are refreshed four times a year, each lasting three months:

Event Space Rental –

Available for workshops, baby showers, gender reveals, children’s parties, and small reunions.

Drive-In Access –

For clients needing vehicle photography or videography. (Additional fees apply due to repainting requirements after each shoot.)

Additional Fees

Cleaning Fee: Starts at $50+ (varies based on setups used & required disinfection).

Booking & Overtime Policy

Book in Advance! Our studio is in high demand, and we do not overbook.

Wrap Up on Time: Sessions must end 10-15 minutes before rental time is up to allow you and your client to pack up personal items.

Overtime Fees:

If you exceed your rental time by 5-10 minutes, a fee starting at 50% of your hourly rate will be added to your final invoice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service and final images, a rush fee starting at $125 will now apply to any appointments requested within 2–3 weeks of the desired session date.

Last-minute bookings place significant pressure on my team and editors, especially when specific turnaround times are required. While I always want to accommodate everyone, we must balance our workload to maintain quality, creativity, and family time.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to accommodate last-minute editing requests without the applicable rush fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the creative process.

We are human too, with families and lives outside of work, and rest is part of how we continue delivering the beautiful, high-quality results you expect and deserve.
